Allah Messenger (PBUH) said " It is the duty of a Muslim, who has something which is to be given as a bequest, not to have it for two nights, without having his bequest written down regarding it.”
Our Fees
We have simplified our Will service so we can choose the right Will according to your needs. If your circumstances mean that the process is straightforward, we can make sure that your Will is prepared in a relatively short space of time.
However, as with all aspects of life, we appreciate that everybody’s situation is unique and requires a more bespoke Will. We offer a tailored service to make sure that your circumstances are taken into full consideration and that your Will reflects all your wishes.

Basic Will
Our professional costs for a Basic Will are £150 plus VAT for an individual, or £275 plus VAT if we prepare two Wills in the same terms for a couple. (This will not be Shariah compliant as you will instruct us to deal with your estate and heirs of your choice).

Simple Islamic Will
(Your appointed solicitor will determine your suitability for this option based on the complexity of you requirements)

Comprehensive Islamic Will
You will receive a consultation with a Mufti to discuss your needs to ensure that your Will is Shariah compliant.
If your circumstances are complex and/or you need a more tailored Will, we will provide you with a quote based on the additional work required.
Once your Will has been completed, we may charge a small fee of £30.00 for any changes made to an existing Will which has been completed by us.
You can rest assured that you will not be faced with any surprise charges.
